Do Ford recalls expire?

Safety, Compliance, and Emissions (respectively containing a S, E, or C in the campaign number) recalls do not expire until the repair is completed. However, Regional (containing a R in the campaign number) recalls will have specific requirements, time and distance limitations, and/or expiration dates.

Other types of vehicle programs, called Customer Satisfaction Programs, typically have expiration dates and/or distance limitations.
