How can I switch from paper to electronic statements (or from electronic to paper statements)?

Please follow these steps to set up how statements are received:

  1. Sign in to Account Manager.
  2. Select "Profile"
  3. Select "Notification Preferences."
  4. To change the Statements settings, click on the Edit pencil located next to Paperless Statements.
  5. Select the radio button for which method you would like (paper or paperless) and select "Update" to complete the process.
  6. Click "Save."
