1. Contest Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored by Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”) and administered by Bond Brand Loyalty ULC (“Bond”) (collectively the “Contest Administrator”).
This Contest will be run in accordance with these Rules, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these Rules, and, by entering the Contest, will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules.

No purchase necessary. To participate in the Contest during the Contest Period, Entrants must complete the following steps to submit one (1) eligible entry (each, an “Entry”) into the Contest:
- Be a registered account holder of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok (“Selected Platform”);
- Follow or Subscribe Ford of Canada on Selected Platform: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok (social media handle on all platforms is @FordCanada);
- “Like” the ‘Bronco Doors Off December Off-Roadeo Contest’ post on Selected Platform; and
- Comment on the ‘Bronco Doors Off December Off-Roadeo Contest’ post on Selected Platform with an answer to: “What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done in the cold outdoors?”
Limit one (1) Entry per person per social media platform. For the avoidance of doubt, an Entrant may submit a maximum of four (4) entries during the Contest Period (one per platform).
Submission Conditions: The Contest Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to use, in whole or in part, any Entry submitted into this Contest for its own future advertising and/or promotional activities, without notice or compensation and any Entrant submitting such Entry on a social media platform forfeits any further copyright or similar claims to same. An Entry may not contain any content: (i) that is unlawful, hateful, offensive or obscene, (ii) which incites, solicits, promotes, or provides information about illegal or criminal activities, (iii) that abuses, threatens, promotes, or instigates physical harm or death to others, including the Entrant, (iv) that promotes and/or contains the addresses of other websites, (v) that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates any individual or group of individuals, including on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability; (vi) that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right of any party, (vii) that constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, pyramid schemes, the promotion of particular stocks of shares and other financial products and services, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling, (viii) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; (ix) that impersonates any person or entity, including any of the Contest Sponsor’s employees, dealers, or representatives, (x) that solicits personal information from another user, (xi) that, in any other manner, is deemed by the Contest Sponsor or any of its representatives, to be inappropriate to the well-being of others, (xii) that communicates and/or exchanges a message of any kind, third party phone numbers, mobile numbers, e-mail or home addresses and any other personal details; (xiii) which is inconsistent with the positive messaging which the Contest Sponsor wishes to communicate; (xiv) disparages any persons or organizations, especially those associated with the Contest Sponsor; or (xv) invades the privacy or other rights of any person, firm, or entity, all of which is to be evaluated by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively the “Criteria”).
The Contest Sponsor or any of its representatives reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and Entry found: (i) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) to be acting in violation of the Rules; (iii) to be acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (iv) to be in violation of any of the Criteria specified above; or (v) to be engaging in any other offensive conduct that jeopardizes the integrity and/or administration of the Contest or the Sponsor’s reputation, which shall be determined at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.
In case of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of a profile that was used for any particular Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok profile by the respective social media platform. Potential winners may be required to show valid proof of being the authorized account holder of the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and/or TikTok profile associated with their potential winning Entry.
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won by 5 individuals consisting of a trip for each winner and a guest from their home location in Canada to participate in the Bronco Off-Roadeo off-roading experience located at 4440 Montvale Road in Maryville, TN 37803, which includes:
- Two (2) nights’ lodging accommodations in or around Maryville, Tennessee (specific hotel to be chosen at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion);
- Flights from any major Canadian airport to Tennessee that will depart on a Friday and return from Tennessee to any major Canadian airport on the Sunday;
- Transportation while in Maryville, Tennessee from Friday until Sunday; and
- Meals while staying in Maryville, Tennessee from Friday until Sunday up to a maximum of C$100 per person, per day for food and beverage in the form of a Visa gift card.
Each guest(s) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and hold a full and valid driver's license appropriate to their province or territory of residence. Each winner and their guest will be presented with one date option for the prize, which will consist of departure from Canada on Friday, participating in the Bronco Off-Roadeo off-roading experience on Saturday, and returning to Canada on Sunday. If they cannot make that date option, they forfeit the prize.
Approximate retail value of the prize is C$4,500 based on the off-road driving experience at Bronco Off-Roadeo, airfare and transportation, and meals. Actual retail value may vary depending on originating airport of departure and time of travel. Winners and their guests will not be entitled to any difference between actual and approximate retail value of the prize. Prize portions may not be exactly as shown in Contest publicity or promotional materials.
Winners may be required to provide an accepted and valid credit card to the hotel(s) to cover incidental charges, including but not limited to: telephone charges, laundry services, room service, etc. Each winner and their guest will be solely responsible for all other incidental costs and expenses related to their prize not mentioned above, including, but without limitation, gratuities, personal expenses, health and travel insurance.
The Contest Sponsor will not be held to award more prizes than as set out in these Rules. The actual number of prizes awarded will be based on the number of eligible entries received, which shall not exceed five (5) prizes. Limit one (1) prize per person, including their guest, regardless of the social media platform used for Entry. The chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize Substitution
Any prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash-surrender value, and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify any prize with (a) prize(s) of equal or greater value for any reason.
No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Sponsor for cancelled, delayed, suspended or re-scheduled events for any reason whatsoever beyond its control and the prize winners and their guests will not be reimbursed for any portion of the prize that may become unavailable.
7. Winner Determination
There will be five (5) entries selected via an electronic random drawing from among all entries by a representative of the Contest Sponsor on or about January 3, 2025 at 12:00 pm ET in Toronto, ON. The representative will contact each potential winner through the social media account they used to submit their Entry within two (2) business days of the random drawing to notify them that they have been selected as the potential winners and request their e-mail contact information for coordinating next steps relating to winner confirmation and prize details (the “Winner Notification”). A potential winner must respond to the Winner Notification within two (2) business days.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of the first attempt to contact (including failing to reply to the Winner Notification) or, if contacted, does not meet all of the Contest conditions outlined in these Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits their prize, and another Entrant may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries whom a representative of the Contest Sponsor will attempt to contact, and who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. This process will continue until contact is made with a potential winner who meets the Contests requirements or until there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify any selected Entrant. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

To be confirmed as a winner and awarded a prize, each potential winner and their guest must first (i) have complied with, be in compliance with, and continue to comply with the Rules; (ii) be of the age of majority or older in their province or territory of residence; (iii) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Contest Administrator via a Declaration of Eligibility and Release form; (iv) complete, sign, and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Release form within a specified period of time that confirms the potential winner and their guest (v) will be available to participate in the prize on the designated dates provided to them, which will consist of a departure from Canada on a Friday from a major Canadian airport and return on a Sunday; (vi) have a valid Canadian passport and/or a valid foreign passport and visa to enter the United States; (vii) have a full and valid driver’s license appropriate to their province or territory of residence at the time of prize participation, with no previous DUI offences; (viii) agree to be responsible for their own travel and health insurance; (ix) release the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest-related and/or prize-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (x) grant to the Contest Sponsor and its designees or representatives the unrestricted right, in the Contest Sponsor’s collective or individual discretion, to produce, reproduce, display, publish, convert, post, serve, broadcast, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the winner’s and guest’s name, statements, image, likeness, voice and biography, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof.
Should any of these requirements not be met, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
10. Tampering
All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor or its representatives. The Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, typographical or other production errors, or any errors or omissions in printing or advertising related to this Contest. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple/different names, e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that person’s entries and eligibility to win the prize and that participant will be disqualified from the Contest and, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, any of the Contest Sponsor’s other promotions. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, contest entry services) will void all entries by that Entrant.
The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the Internet or the website of any social platform during the Contest, for any problems or technical malfunction of any online systems, servers, access providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or social platform, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor or any of its designees reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Contest Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to its conflict of law rules and provisions. All Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario. All Entrants expressly agree that the Ontario courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and agree to submit to the laws of and the jurisdiction of the federal courts of Canada and provincial courts of the Province of Ontario, and hereby waive the jurisdiction of any other court that now or in the future could be considered competent for any reason. The venue shall only be Toronto, Ontario.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
