How do I create a Ford Account?

Create an Owner Account to get special service offers, receive important vehicle notifications, view your service history and rewards balance, download the latest SYNC® upgrades, schedule and track vehicle service.

To create an Owner Account:

  1. Visit Ford.ca.
  2. Select MY ACCOUNT.
  3. Select Sign In. 
  4. Select Create an Account.
  5. Enter your Name, e-mail address and other relevant information.
  6. Add your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  7. Enter the mobile phone number you will use with SYNC Services (if equipped).

You can also download the FordPass® App from the App Store or Google Play to access your Owner Account from anywhere (text and data rates apply to usage).
