How do I stop receiving mail and phone communications from Ford?

If you would like to be removed from our communication lists, contact our Customer Relationship Centre by using our Live Chat option or by calling 1-800-565-3673. It may take up to 30 days to be removed from phone or mail communication lists and up to 10 business days to be removed from email lists. 

You will still receive communications regarding safety and emissions recalls as required by law.

You may also receive communications from Ford Dealers, as they are not owned and operated by Ford Motor Company of Canada. Contact your dealership directly to be removed from their contact list. 

Note: Leaving a survey comment will not opt you out of communications from Ford.
