What should I do if my Ford is not playing channels on SiriusXM 360L?

If SiriusXM®* 360L channels are not working in your vehicle, you should ensure your SiriusXM subscription is active and follow the troubleshooting steps below. 

Checking Your SiriusXM Subscription Status

Before going to the SiriusXM troubleshooting steps below, confirm your subscription is active.

To verify your subscription status: 

  1. Turn your radio on.
  2. Select the Radio Source tab on your vehicle's SYNC®** screen and choose SiriusXM.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Choose SiriusXM from the Settings menu. 
    • If your vehicle's SYNC screen displays "No Subscription" or "Inactive," contact SiriusXM for assistance with your subscription at 1-888-539-7474
    • If the SYNC screen displays "Subscribed," your plan is active.

If you have an active subscription and are missing SiriusXM channel(s), select the drop-down option below that most accurately describes your concern. 

Multiple Channels Are Not Playing From 1 to 699

Important: Make sure your vehicle is parked and running, in a safe and open (no overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.) location and nothing is on the antenna.

If you are missing a wide range of channels from 1 to 699, tune to channel 1. If channel 1 does not work, move your vehicle to another location and try again.

Multiple Channels Are Not Playing From 700 and Above

Important: Make sure your vehicle is parked and running, in a safe and open (no overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.) location and nothing is on the antenna.

If you are missing multiple channels from 700 and above, make sure both Vehicle Connectivity and SiriusXM 360L are switched on.

If Vehicle Connectivity is turned on, and you are still experiencing an issue, contact the Customer Relationship Center using our Live Chat option or by calling 1-800-565-3673

One Specific Channel Is Not Playing

If you are missing one specific channel from SiriusXM, contact the Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-565-3673 with your Sirius XM Electronic Serial Number (ESN).
