What are Vehicle Health Alerts?

Vehicle Health Alerts use data from your vehicle to provide you with updates on your vehicle's status in the FordPass®* App.

Important: Your vehicle must have FordPass Connect**, and your modem must be activated

They will provide information about your vehicle's:

  • Powertrain
  • Brakes and suspensions
  • Restraints and driver assistance
  • Checks, fluids, and filters

Each Vehicle Health Alert will tell you:

  • What the alert means.
  • The level of severity.
  • Actions or next steps required.

Note: Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs will also appear on FordPass for non-connected vehicles and in your Vehicle Dashboard on ford.ca/support
