How do I troubleshoot the oil life display in FordPass^®*?

If an error presents itself when attempting to view your vehicle's oil life in FordPass, refer to the Intelligent Oil Life Monitor system in your vehicle and any related messages shown to determine if service is needed.

Note: Only vehicles equipped with the FordPass^® Connect** modem have visibility to vehicle oil in the FordPass App.
