How do I update my account information in FordPass?

You can update your name, address, phone number, and other details on the Account screen of FordPass®*. Use the steps below for more details. 

Editing Your FordPass Profile

To update your account information in FordPass:

1. Log in to the FordPass App.

2. Select Account  

   
3. Tap Account Information. 
4. Adjust the details as needed.
5. Tap Save. 
6. Select the Back Arrow to exit the screen.
