How do I change my Ford password?

Your Ford, FordPass®*, and Wi-Fi hotspot** passwords can all be changed on the Ford Support website.

To change your password:

  1. Go to ford.ca/support
  2. Select the Account icon 1b47cfe4-e954-4e79-8a23-bf5c9708688f.png.
  3. Choose Sign In. 
  4. Log in to your Ford account.
  5. Select the Account icon.
  6. Choose <Your Name's> Account. 
  7. Scroll down to "Sign-In & Security" in the "Manage your account" section, then select Edit now. 
  8. Click Edit.
  9. Input the verification code sent to the email address on your Ford account.
  10. Select Submit.
