How do I manage my messages in the FordPass App?

You can read or delete your messages in the FordPass®* App on the Account screen using the steps below.

Accessing Messages in FordPass

Select the appropriate drop-down option below to learn more about how to view or delete messages in FordPass. 

Viewing Messages

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Tap the respective message you want to view. 

Note: New and unread messages have a dot symbol at the end of the subject line. 

Deleting Messages

To delete a single message:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select the Messages box.
  4. Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
  5. Tap the Trash icon.
  6. Select Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.  

The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete.

To delete multiple messages:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select the Messages box.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen. 
  5. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove. 

    Note: To delete the messages in bulk, press and hold the empty box above the message window, then tap Delete.

  6. Select the Trash icon to delete the messages.
  7. Tap Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.
