Why is the Smart Hitch feature no longer working in the FordPass^®* App?

As of Feb. 28, 2023, the Smart Hitch and Onboard Scales features are no longer available in the FordPass App. However, you will still have access to the features when using your in-vehicle SYNC** screen.
