What do I do if my FordPass® Rewards Points are not displayed in my account balance?

If you believe you have earned Points but do not see them in your account balance, you can enter information about your recent activity in the FordPass Rewards Points Assist tool online or on the FordPass App*.

Note: It can take up to 30 days for your FordPass Rewards Points to appear.

Reporting Missing FordPass Rewards Points

The FordPass App

To report missing FordPass Rewards Points using the FordPass App:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select the FordPass Rewards tile. 
  4. Choose View Activity.
  5. Select Missing Points and follow through the prompts.

To report missing FordPass Rewards Points using the online FordPass Rewards Points Assist Tool:

  1. Log in to ford.ca.
  2. Select FordPass Rewards.
  3. Choose View Activity.
  4. Select Missing Points and follow through the prompts.
