Do FordPass^® Rewards Points expire?

As of January 1, 2024, FordPass Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned Points, redeemed Points, fulfilled a rewards earned or completed any other eligible non-Points-related activity for the purpose of preserving the full Points balance through the FordPass Rewards Program for two (2) consecutive calendar years. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep Points from expiring.
