How do I activate the BlueOval Charge Network?

Start your BlueOval Charge Network™ journey through FordPass®* Connected Services or ford.ca. Follow the instructions below to activate your no-fee membership.

Before you can activate the BlueOval Charge Network, you will need to:

Subscribe to the BlueOval Charge Network

Select your FordPass experience or use ford.ca to activate your BlueOval Charge Network subscription.

FordPass 5.X Experience

  1. Open the FordPass App.
  2. Tap on Account 8ec9a74e-22b7-4d1e-9c2f-214b8f7e4dc1.png.
  3. Go to the Other Services section and select Connected Services.
  4. Tap Select under your electric Ford. 
  5. Locate the BlueOval Charge Network section and select Activate. 
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Follow the screen prompts to: 
    • Add your credit card.
    • Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions. 
  8. Tap Confirm Activation.

FordPass 4.X Experience

  1. Open the FordPass App.
  2. Tap the Home screen.
  3. Select Account. 
  4. Tap Connected Services. 
  5. Tap the Select button under your electric Ford. 
  6. Select Activate. 
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Follow the screen prompts to: 
    1. Add your credit card.
    2. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions. 
  9. Tap Confirm Activation.

Ford Website

  1. Log in to ford.ca.
  2. Click on the Profile icon.
  3. Select [Your Name]'s Account from the dropdown.
  4. Click on Connected Services. Tap the Select button under your electric Ford if you have multiple vehicles on your account
  5. Locate the BlueOval Charge Network section and select Activate.
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Follow the screen prompts to: 
    1. Add your credit card.
    2. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions. 
  8. Tap Confirm Activation.
