What is the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Upgrade?

You can enhance your 2024 or 2025 Model Year Mustang Mach-E^® GT vehicle performance with the latest software upgrade, available for purchase in your FordPass^® App^* or Ford Account through the Connected Services tile. 

This update combines innovative powertrain thermal modelling and control algorithms to sustain power longer, increase torque, and accelerate faster.^** For example, you can reach 96 kilometres per hour (60 miles per hour) in 3.3 seconds.^† 

Confirming Your Upgrade

Once purchased you will receive an over-the-air update to your vehicle (no dealership required). This update will cause a “Performance Upgrade Enabled” banner to appear on the Settings > Controls tab on your in-vehicle touchscreen.
