How do I contact Ford's Roadside Assistance?

You can contact Roadside Assistance* for support with a tow, jump-start or other emergencies, by calling 1-800-665-2006 or by requesting support through the Roadside Aid Form or the FordPass App. 

Note: Roadside Assistance is included during the Powertrain coverage period of your vehicle's New Vehicle Limited Warranty and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans. To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Contacting Roadside Assistance

Before reaching out to Roadside, be sure to have the following information available: 

  • Vehicle Location
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Vehicle year, model, and colour 
  • License plate number

With Ford's Roadside Aid Form

With theFord's Roadside Aid form, you can request Roadside Assistance online and skip speaking to an agent. You can also choose to receive real-time updates via SMS or email.

Note: The Roadside Aid form is separate from the roadside assistance option in the FordPass App, as help can be requested directly without having to initiate a call to a roadside agent.

With the FordPass App

To contact Roadside Assistance using the FordPass App:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App. 
  2. Navigate to the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Roadside Assistance. 

  4. Select Call Roadside Assistance.

    Note: For the best support when requesting Roadside Assistance, we recommend you have your vehicle added to the FordPass App.
