How do I find my Ford's service history?

Services performed by your Ford Dealer are automatically added to the records on your Ford account and can be viewed on the Ford website or in the FordPass®* App. 

Looking Up Your Vehicle's Service History

To view your service history records, your vehicle must be associated with your profile. If you have not added your vehicle to your profile, refer to the How do I add a vehicle to my Ford Account? or How do I add a vehicle to FordPass? article.

Notes:

  • Vehicles older than 10 model years, and any non-Ford/Lincoln VINs, cannot be added. 
  • There may be a short delay for your records to appear.

Select your preferred method from the drop-down options below to learn how to view your vehicle's service history.

FordPass App

To view your vehicle's service history in the FordPass App:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.

    Note: If you have multiple vehicles in your account, select the one you want to look at service details for. 

  2. Tap Service.
  3. Select Service History.

You will see the service records in chronological order (latest first) for the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) selected. 

Note: If you are not the original vehicle owner, you will not be able to view the vehicle's service history on the FordPass App. 

Ford Website on a Computer

To find your vehicle's service history on the Ford website using a computer:

  1. Go to ford.ca.
  2. Select f8c150e1-51e0-4264-b345-1f24ba0837bb.png.
  3. Choose Sign In.
  4. Enter your email and password.
  5. Choose Sign In. 
  6. Select f8c150e1-51e0-4264-b345-1f24ba0837bb.png.
  7. Choose your Account.
  8. Select Service History.

Ford Website on a Mobile Device

To find your vehicle's service history on the Ford website using a mobile device:

  1. Go to ford.ca.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Open the My Account drop-down menu and select Sign In.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Select Sign In.
  6. Choose Menu.
  7. Open the My Account drop-down menu and select <Your First Name> Account.
  8. Choose Service History.
