What is the F-150® Lightning® Flash™?

The F-150 Lightning Flash is Ford's new technology-forward trim, which includes customer-favourite features.

F-150 Lightning Flash features include the following: 

  • Extended-range battery with an EPA-estimated range of 515 kilometres (km).*
  • 15.5-inch LCD touchscreen with swipe capability.
  • Bang & Olufsen sound system with HD Radio™ that includes:
    •  8 speakers.
    • 1 subwoofer.
  • Intelligent Access with:
    • Push-button start.
    • Approach detection.
    • SecuriCode™.
  • Keyless Entry Keypad on the driver’s side door.
  • Power Tailgate, including: 
    • Tailgate step.
    • Tailgate work surface.
  • Wireless smartphone charging pad.
  • Tow Technology Package.
  • Ford BlueCruise.**
  • A Vapor Injection Heat Pump which is designed to optimize electric vehicle (EV) energy consumption, especially in cold climates.

Actual vehicle range varies with conditions such as external elements, driving behaviours, vehicle maintenance, lithium-ion battery age, and state of health.
