How do I reset my Ford electric vehicle driving history?
You can manually reset your electric vehicle's (EV's) driving history through the settings option on your vehicle's SYNC®* 4A screen.
Your EV's projected range is based on outside temperatures and will be higher in warm weather than in cold weather. When the weather changes, we recommend resetting your driving history to get a more accurate reflection of your driving range.
To manually reset your EV driving history:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen. If you see a Home icon instead of Settings, select the Home icon.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Vehicle.
- Select EV Driving History Reset.
*Don’t drive while distracted. Use voice-operated systems when possible; don’t use handheld devices while driving. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
