Having dedicated 36 years to Ford, Cheryl chose to delay her retirement so she could be part of the historic Oakville plant’s transition toward assembling the new 2027 Super Duty ^*. For Cheryl, working in a modern, safety-first environment alongside a passionate team makes every day deeply rewarding. Now mastering state-of-the-art torque technology, she takes immense pride in ensuring every safety specification is met.

For Guillaume, what sets Ford apart is its deep bond with Canada. Since joining the company 11 years ago, he has been consistently impressed by the social, community, and economic contributions of Ford and its dealers.
