Am I able to make a payment over the phone?

Unfortunately, you cannot make a payment by calling us. You can only make a telephone payment using your bank or credit union service provider, not via our system.

Here are alternate ways to make your payment: 

1. By regular mail (including Priority Post, Xpresspost and Registered Mail including signature required). Please remit the payment to the address listed below:

2. By courier mail. Please remit the payment to the address listed below:

3. Western Union, contact your nearest Western Union agent for more information.
   Note – Western Union may charge an administrative fee.
    
4. Internet and Phone Pay. If you are currently enrolled with your financial institution to pay bills/creditors on-line or via telephone, you can immediately make payments to Ford Credit. If you are not enrolled, you will need to complete the enrollment process with your financial institution if it provides these types of services.
